A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Without it, your date remains open for other clients.
The remaining 50% is due one week before the event.
All deposits are non-refundable as we begin planning and blocking off the date as soon as we receive it. If you need to cancel, we can explore rescheduling based on availability, but no refunds will be issued.
Changes are totally welcome. We know things evolve, and we’ll adapt as much as possible. Just note that major last-minute changes might affect your final cost.
Booking 3 to 6 months in advance is ideal, but if your timeline is tighter, we’re always ready to make it happen.
We usually work with our trusted network of vendors to ensure everything runs smoothly and matches the level of quality we deliver. If you have a specific vendor in mind, we’re open to reviewing it, but most elements are handled through our team to maintain consistency and excellence.
